  • Hofstra University Swim Center, Hempstead, N.Y.
  • Tuesdays - 7:00p.m. - 8:00p.m.
  • Fridays- 6:30a.m. - 7:30a.m.



    • Directions to Swim Center

    Meadowbrook Parkway to Exit M4 - Route 24 West (Hempstead Turnpike). Heading west on Hempstead Turnpike, go under walkway to the first light. Make a right into the main entrance of campus. Go to second stop sign and make a right. The parking lot will be on your left. The swim center is the second building on the left hand side across from the soccer field.

  • North Shore Fitness, East Meadow, N.Y.
  • Wednesdays - 7:30p.m. - 8:30p.m.

    • Directions to North Shore Fitness

    Meadowbrook Parkway to Exit M5 - Route 24 East (Hempstead Turnpike) approx 1 mile on the right in the Modells shopping center.
